Please note that any claims for defects or malfunctions not listed above will not be eligible for return.
If an exchange cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability or other reasons, we will issue a refund instead.
About Refunds
For credit card payments: Once the returned item arrives at our store, we will process a cancellation of the charge.
Please note that billing and settlement dates vary by credit card company, and in some cases, the charge may still be applied temporarily.
In such cases, it will be handled as a billing cancellation. For more information, please contact your credit card provider directly.

Returns and refunds for customer convenience are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and if the item is unused.

Items must not have any embroidery, engraving, or personalization.

Please return the item to us at your own shipping cost.
Please notify us by email before returning any item.
Please include details in your email, such as “Exchange from size M to size L.”
We will reship the replacement item after we receive the item and the reshipping fee has been paid.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we may not be able to fulfill the exchange.

●If an Order Is Returned Due to Customer Absence
If the customer is absent or refuses to receive the package, the order may be automatically returned to Japan or disposed of by the local delivery company.
・If the order is returned to Japan and the customer wishes to have it resent, we will request payment for both the return shipping cost and the reshipping cost.
Reshipping will proceed once payment is confirmed.
・If the item is automatically disposed of by the local delivery company, we will not issue a refund even if requested.
