Made from 100% polyester chemical fiber, this fabric is highly durable and wrinkle-resistant.
Dubbed a “futuristic” hakama, its exceptional texture, ease of movement, and care make it significantly more user-friendly than traditional jersey hakama.
The deep color, texture, and appearance resemble traditional indigo-dyed cotton hakama. Despite being synthetic, it gives the impression and feel of wearing a cotton hakama during practice. Its smooth surface also helps wick away sweat for added comfort.
Suitable for daily keiko (practice), as well as formal occasions like matches and grading exams due to its high-end appearance.
Features sewn pleats on both the front and back, preserving beautiful shape and making it easy to fold.
Won’t shrink or fade, and offers excellent moisture absorption and quick-drying performance — ideal for all-season use.
●Maintenance
・When washing, fold the hakama to maintain its shape and place it in a laundry net.
・After washing, dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
・Avoid using a tumble dryer, as it may damage the shape and fabric.
・If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature setting and place a cloth over the hakama. Avoid using high heat.
・Over time, the color may slightly fade due to friction and general wear, which is a natural part of the fabric’s aging process.
