Items used after delivery, even if defects are found later, as the cause of the issue may not be determined.
Eligibility Period:
Within 7 days of arrival, and only for unused items.

● Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted
・Items that have been used, even once
・Minor embroidery differences (design impression, color tone, etc.)
*Embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged for size
・Customer’s mistake in color selection
・Personalized items (name engraving, etc.)
・Modified or disassembled items
・Natural joint misalignment in bamboo swords (especially when purchasing multiple pieces)
Please understand that issues not listed above may also be deemed ineligible for return, based on our assessment.
If replacement is not possible due to lack of stock, we will issue a refund.
● Refunds
For Credit Card Payments:
Once we receive the returned item, the payment will be canceled or refunded via your credit card company.
Depending on your billing cycle, a temporary charge may remain.
Please contact your credit card provider for specific refund timing and details.
● Customer-Initiated Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, we accept returns only if:
・The item is unused
・You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
・The item does not include embroidery, engraving, or personalization

Note: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
・Strong or unusual odors on the product
・Missing tags, labels, or packaging

・Returned items without prior notice
● Customer-Initiated Exchanges
・We accept exchanges (e.g., size or color) only if:
・You contact us within 7 days of delivery
・The item is unused and not personalized (no embroidery, engraving, etc.)
・Return shipping cost: Paid by the customer
・Re-shipping cost: Paid by the customer
Important Notes:
Please contact us via email before returning any item.
Return address in Japan will be provided via email.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items to Japan.
・Clearly specify the exchange request (e.g., “Exchange from M size to L size”).
*Once the item is received and re-shipping payment is confirmed, we will dispatch the replacement.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may not be able to complete the exchange.
Exchanges Are Not Accepted If:
・Strong odors are present
・Tags or packaging are missing
・Scratches, dents, or noticeable damage is found
・The item is returned without prior notice
● If Items Are Returned Due to Delivery Failure
If an item is returned to us due to customer absence or refusal to accept delivery:
・If the package is returned to Japan and you wish it to be re-shipped, both return and re-shipping fees must be paid by the customer. We will re-ship upon confirmation of payment.
・If the item is discarded by the local delivery service, no refund will be issued.
