International shipping is one of the core operations we handle on a daily basis.
■ About the Countries and Regions
We partner with globally recognized logistics providers and high-quality domestic shipping services in Japan to deliver our products to virtually every region around the world.
Please Note:
We currently do not ship to hotels, hostels, or other service-related facilities within Japan.
There may also be restrictions when shipping to similar types of facilities overseas.
If you wish to have your order delivered to such an address, please contact us in advance.
For orders within Japan, please provide a residential address.
■ About Shipping Options
We select the most cost-effective shipping carrier for each order.
If you have a preferred carrier, such as FedEx or Japan Post EMS, please feel free to contact us.
In some cases, additional charges may apply, and any difference in cost will be borne by the customer.
In certain countries or regions, additional shipping fees may be incurred at checkout.
For shipments to Central and South America, or other remote locations, oversized or long-length items may require extra shipping fees.
■ Shipping to Australia
We mainly use FedEx and Japan Post EMS for deliveries to Australia.
Small Orders: Additional shipping fees may apply at checkout.
Long or Oversized Items: Extra shipping charges may be incurred.
Remote Area Addresses: Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote locations.
■ Shipping to U.S. Military Bases
Due to strict restrictions, deliveries to U.S. military bases and other military facilities are limited.
Please confirm with us in advance whether shipping to such locations is possible before placing your order.
Currently, we do not ship to areas with ZIP codes starting with:
090–098 / 962–966 / 340
■ Shipping to South AfricaCurrently, there are no shipping restrictions for South Africa.
However, additional shipping charges may apply.
For large orders, please contact us before placing your order.
■ Regions Where Shipping Is Suspended
Currently, we are not shipping to the following regions:
Belarus, Russia, and parts of Ukraine.
In addition, we may not be able to ship to countries with closed borders due to international restrictions, active war zones, or extremely remote areas.
■ Shipping of Replica Swords (Iaito)
Our Iaito (practice swords) closely resemble real Japanese swords, and therefore, some countries impose import restrictions.
While we label the item as “Martial Arts Equipment” when shipping, please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
We cannot be held responsible if your item is confiscated by customs.
Countries where import permits or other documents may be required:
United Kingdom (please consult local Kendo organizations or customs before purchase)
Greece, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines (please check with local customs)
Countries where import of Iaito is not permitted:
China, Belarus, Russia, Brunei, Belgium
■ Customs Duties and Import Taxes
We ship all orders under the Deliver Duty Unpaid (DDU) method.
This means that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If these charges are not paid and the shipment is refused and returned to us, no refund will be issued.
■ Shipping Carriers
Depending on the packaging size, weight, and destination address of your order, we will ship using either FedEx or Japan Post EMS.
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.
■ Returns and Cancellations
In the unlikely event of a sizing error or incorrect shipment, returns or exchanges are possible.

■ Damage or Loss During ShippingIf there is a possibility of shipping delays or loss, please contact both the shipping carrier and our store immediately.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier right away and take photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
A damage certificate or other documentation may be required.
In such cases, we will contact you with further instructions.
■ If Your Package Is Returned
If you are unable to receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pickup at a local office.
If the package is returned to Japan, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.
If we do not receive any communication within 7 days after the item is returned, we will issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Please note:
Returns due to unpaid import taxes are not eligible for refunds.
